One of those collaborations with Chocolatier Dirk and Belgian Owl Distillery resulted in the perfect holiday chocolate gift: Whisky Pearls. This creation is as simple as it is delicious: Quality Belgian chocolate, coated with thin crunchy frosting on the inside to form a shell for the smooth Belgian Owl Whisky.  The pearls come in a luxury round box. A gift fit for every occasion or to enjoy yourself. Elizabeth recently came out with another product in the pearl’s line: Brhum (Belgian rum) Pearls, made with rum of the Dada Chapel distillery in Ghent. Eating instructions: Don’t bite the pearl in half, otherwise the whisky may pour out.
